Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after availability is approved and payment, if required, is completed.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to support@coyboyretreat.com

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, depend on how close the cancellation is to the arrival date and any booking platform rules in effect.

Third Party Bookings

If a booking is made through a third party platform, that platform’s cancellation and refund rules may also apply.

Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

No Shows

Failure to arrive without notice may be treated as a no show and may not be eligible for a refund.

Service Fees

Any non refundable processing or third party service fees may be excluded from refunds where applicable.
